Mikey Boy is a first generation Albanian-American pizza delivery boy from Ozone Park Queens, New York who falls in love with Sammy, an American girl. When his parents inform him that he must return to Albania for a traditional arranged marriage to an Albanian girl they have selected, Sammy breaks up with him. Instead of going to Albania, Mikey Boy decides to travel around the world with his best friend hatching a plot to win his girlfriend back.
Mikey Boy premiered at the Queens World Film Festival in 2013 where it was awarded the Audience Award, and we subsequently released in theatres in New York and Europe in November of 2013, and is slated for world wide VOD release in early 2014.
